Eletile Sale to Contesse

Dear Customer
I am writing to you today with some very exciting news regarding the sale of Eletile to Contesse NV.
Contesse NV is a subsidiary of Vertex Floors Ltd, producer and patent holder of floating vinyl floors including Eletile, established in Belgium to coordinate the sales of these products in continental Europe.
Contesse has been operating in mainland Europe and has an established name as a premium quality brand for vinyl flooring in European countries.
Whitestone Weavers and Contesse have agreed on this transaction to allow them to focus on specializing on their own respective core businesses. Whitestone will focus on production and sales of textile floorcoverings, while Contesse will enter the UK market with the product segment that they introduced and established in mainland Europe.
The transaction will take place durimg March 2011 and Contesse will write to you separately with all the arrangements, marketing and contact details. During the initial hand over, orders and queries can still be dealt with through our office here in Hartlepool, as we will cooperate fully to ensure a successful and seamless handover.
Please be reassured that there should be little or no interruption to service as Whitestone will be the logistical partner of Contesse and will keep stocking and servicing Eletile products. There will be no change to delivery service or price for the foreseeable future.
We are very grateful for your support in the past and I know your continued support in the future will be very much appreciated. I’d like to thank you once again for your goodwill and dedication during our time with Eletile and wish you all the success for the future with Contesse.
